In the lower part of the knife, the blade thickness is only 0.1 mm, which makes it possible to use this part for thin cutting vegetables, cheeses and sausages, whereas in the upper part of the product the blade thickness is 3.5 mm, thanks to which it can be used for quick cutting vegetables and meat.

Steel 9Cr18MoV, from which the knife is made, undergoes a multistage mechano-thermal treatment and mirror polishing, thanks to which it is possible to achieve a combination of hardness, strength, toughness and perfect appearance of the product.

The combination of the V-shaped blade with the high hardness of the blade material (which is 59 HRC) allows you to significantly reduce the force that must be applied when cutting dense foods (cheese, meat, fresh vegetables). The knife is perfectly balanced (the center of gravity falls on the joint of the blade and the handle), and its mahogany handle has an ergonomic shape and fits perfectly in the hand. Thereby With regular use of the knife, no blisters are formed, and the probability of cutting yourself is minimized.

The blade length of this cleaver is 298 mm with a width of 90 mm.

Nano Knife Set

This set consists of five items, namely:

  • chef's knife;
  • cleaver for meat;
  • a knife for cutting vegetables;
  • Tsaydao knife (traditional Chinese universal cleaver, which can be used for quick shredding, cutting and slicing meat, vegetables and any other products, and even used for cutting wood);
  • kitchen scissors.

The blades of all the products included in the package are V-shaped and undergo multi-stage mechanical thermal processing, due to which they retain their hardness, strength and corrosion resistance for a long time. All connections are made by the method of seamless welding, which ensures their strength and attractive appearance.

Thanks to the handles made of stainless steel, their ergonomic shape and delicate balancing, the knives hold well in the hand, do not slip out and provide full control over the cutting process.

The length of the blade is 164 mm, with a vegetable knife this parameter is 90 mm, the blade of the chef's knife has a length of 180 mm, and the meat cleaver is 165 mm.

Set Nano Ceramic Knife

This kit includes:

  • 3 ceramic knives, blade lengths of which are 325, 230 and 200 mm;
  • vegetable peeler 135 mm long.

Made from zirconia, the blade of these products goes through 300 cycles of heating and cooling in vacuum at a temperature of 2000 ° C, thanks to which the material acquires the highest hardness. The thickness of the cutting edge included in the product is 0.4 mm. The use of ergonomic handles with notches for the thumb avoids slippage and cuts when working with these extremely sharp knives.

Black Heat Knife Set

This 50Cr15MoV steel set consists of:

  • knife length of 298 mm, which is designed for thin cutting vegetables and fruits;
  • a cleaver with a length of 307 mm, which is suitable for smooth cutting of vegetables, meat and other products.

A special feature of the set is the elegant black color of its products, which is achieved through the use of ceramic nano-coating with a "lotus effect". This coating protects the knives from scratches, prevents water, grease and other liquids from lingering on the blades and facilitates their self-cleaning.
