Not only the comfort of its use often depends on the quality and characteristics of the selected pan, but also the very possibility of preparing certain dishes. Therefore, picking up the dishes, you should familiarize yourself with the review of popular models of VITESSE pans.

    Brand information

    The rights to the VITESSE trademark belong to the French company VITESSE FRANCE S. A. R. L., which was founded in the early two thousandth and was originally engaged exclusively in the production of dishes and other kitchen utensils made of stainless steel. In 2007, the company's product range expanded with household appliances and utensils made from other materials, in particular, aluminum, ceramics and cast iron.

      Currently in the company's catalog there are about 1000 different items of dishes and other equipment for the kitchen. There are black pages in the history of the company. For example, the court lost in 2009 against the Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, when the company had to pay a fine and admit that all its production facilities are located in China, and not in France.

      Features

      All models of VITESSE cookware are equipped with a heat-accumulating bottom, which accumulates heat from the burners. Its presence allows dishes to reach the pan when the hob is turned off, thereby saving electricity or gas. This configuration of the bottom allows you to cook with a minimum amount of oil or water, which favorably affects the taste and nutritional value of the resulting dishes.

      All products of the company have been certified by Rospotrebnadzor and do not contain any harmful or hazardous materials and impurities.

      Varieties

      The greatest influence on the properties of the pan has the material from which it is made. The French brand offers its customers dishes from different materials.

      • Steel. Products are notable for their beautiful appearance, relatively small mass, medium warm-up speed and rust resistance.
      • Cast iron. The heaviest and brittle material used for the manufacture of kitchen utensils, besides its appearance is unpresentable, and the surface is very difficult to wash. But the cast-iron cookware does not rust, heats up for a long time and cools down very slowly, which allows for an ideal temperature regime for many dishes from different cuisines.
      • Aluminum. Utensils have a minimum weight, reasonable price and long service life. However, aluminum is inferior to steel in terms of resistance to mechanical damage, products made of it quickly heat up, which is not well suited for the preparation of gourmet dishes. In addition, damage to the non-stick coating on such a pan will lead to burning of dishes, which is not typical of products made from other materials.

      The second most important indicator - the coating that is applied to the working part of the product. At the frying pans offered by the company there are:

      • granite - distinguished by an elegant appearance, environmental cleanliness, ease of care and high price;
      • ceramic - reliably protects from burning, but is sensitive to mechanical damage;
      • combined granite-titanium - cheaper than granite and eliminates burning;
      • from color enamel - It is used exclusively for models of cast iron to give them an aesthetic appearance.

      Vitesse pan constructions:

      • universalthat can be used for frying and stewing any dishes;
      • pancakes with low sides for convenient frying pancakes;
      • grilled frying pans, due to which the products do not burn, are not completely in the oil and are not only fried, but also partially steamed;
      • wok - Traditional Chinese deep frying pans with two handles for frying with constant stirring, well suited for cooking pilaf and other oriental dishes;
      • braziers, which can be used as a frying pan or used for roasting in the oven;
      • stewpans - hybrid pans and pots, which is used to extinguish vegetables, mushrooms and meat.

      By size distinguish models:

      • small, the diameter of which is in the range from 18 to 22 cm;
      • large, the diameter of which ranges from 24 to 30 cm.

      In addition to the pan itself, the delivery set may include:

      • cover from heat-resistant glass;
      • removable handles;
      • removable dividers for separate preparation of several small portions;
      • grids on which ready portions can be laid out in order to heat them.
