        The disadvantage is that it is better not to use abrasive-based powders when washing it.

        Another model to talk about a bit D-522. This option also has an enamelled coating with marble chips. Difference from model D-518 consists in the fact that her diameter is not 330, but 320 mm. The advantage is the ability to withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees, and the disadvantage is a mass of just under 2 kg.

        It is quite popular and model D-520. It is made of stainless steel and has a non-stick coating. In the center is a transparent insert, which greatly facilitates the preparation of food. The diameter of the pan is 330 mm.

        Model D-519 is made of stainless steel and is similar to the version that is described above, but it is not equipped with non-stick spray.

        As it has already become clear, a grill-gas pan is used for cooking various dishes, including meat and vegetables. But it can be easily used for the heat treatment of other foods. It would not be superfluous to consider the cooking process step by step.

        • It should be installed on a special support or grate, if an old gas stove is used. First, a pallet is placed on it, so that the fire from the burner covers the hole from the bottom of the pan. It is best to use either the smallest or slightly larger burner.
        • Now in the pan fill it with about one and a half glasses of water. It is necessary that the food during cooking does not become too dry. If you want to cook the dish more warmly, it is allowed to use foil. It is simply placed on a pallet. You can use it for baking.
